In addition the MCSO Citizens’ Academy is offered for citizens to learn more about how the Sheriff’s Office role and duty along with and how tax dollars are spent. The Reality Program introduces young people to the criminal justice system and educates them about the risks, consequences and long-term results of criminal behavior.
