Juvenile Diversion Programs

Juvenile Diversion Programs are conducted during the months of September through May. The requirements to participate are that the person must be a Mecklenburg County resident between the ages of 9 and 15 with no prior arrest record. Referrals must be completed by the School Resource Officers or School Security Officers. Questionnaires can be obtained from any Charlotte-Mecklenburg Middle School or High School.

Questionnaires can also be picked up in the lobbies of the Mecklenburg County Detention Centers. Upon completion of the questionnaire, please fax to: (704) 432-1836
